NEW PROJECT: Residential building

Our new project , a residential building of two floors.As you can see below ground floor contains a compound with enclosed walls and a metal gate.As you move in from main door there is a spacious living room and a open kitchen with dining. we have provided kitchen with cabinets and compartments. the detailed design of kitchen will be provided in next blog.A bed room with simple and modern components and a seperate bath with ceramic components.The stairs leading to upper floor, with one sided railing as walls enclose the other side.

The first floor has three bed rooms , a separate bath , a balcony and a small sit out area which one can use for either sit and enjoy basking sunny day or winter night or that space can be used for drying clothes.Among three bed rooms one is master bed room with attached bath room. For the flooring we have used textured wood and the floor of balcony is made of grass mat to give that lawn look.For the sit out area flooring is made with anti skid tile and provided with steel railings. The balcony area is provided with glass glazed railings.
